This chassis enables employers to have a predictable cost structure like a fully insured, but qualify for a refund of the claims fund should there be less claims than the funded amount. Most plans will access the Cigna PPO network, a national PPO network with broad access to providers and facilities. Prescription benefits provided by Angle Health through Capital Rx available at over 67,000 pharmacies nationwide.
